The Winners of the AUTOHAUS BankenMonitor 2022

EXCON presented the 17th AUTOHAUS BankenMonitor in Neufarn near Munich. Once again, the automotive banks with the highest levels of satisfaction among their dealer networks were honored.

The awards are based on telephone interviews with automotive dealers regarding their satisfaction with their banking partners. The survey is conducted by puls Marktforschung. The results of the telephone survey provide manufacturers, banks, and service providers with valuable insights into potential areas for improvement and highlight where banks are already performing well.
