AUTOHAUS and the market research company puls publish the "AUTOHAUS BankenMonitor" annually. For this purpose, more than 1,000 automotive dealers are surveyed about their satisfaction with their cooperation with captive and non-captive finance providers. The survey is conducted by the Nuremberg-based market researchers in their own telephone research center.

The primary objective of the annual AUTOHAUS BankenMonitor is not to establish a ranking among automotive finance providers. Instead, the targeted survey examines aspects such as the flexibility of credit decisions, the performance of field sales representatives, and the user-friendliness of the banks' proprietary IT systems, with the aim of improving cooperation between dealers and financial service providers. An analysis of last year's results shows that dealer satisfaction with their financing partners is associated with an increase in finance penetration.
