The EXCON Audit Platform is the modular audit software solution for the European and international market. No matter which part of your network or which processes you review: Whether it be sales incentives, warranty handling, contract performance or GDPR compliance - our software integrates seamlessly into the framework of our clients. The success of our Audit Platform is based on four pillars: Individual content in our highly flexible technical platform, the proven combination of digital and analog tools, constant re-thinking of processes and the advantages of an international network of experts.
1. Individual content
The Audit Platform and the appropriate EXCON App for carrying out the audits have a modular
structure. The stored questionnaires and lists of review-criteria can be individually adapted to the needs of our clients at any time. What is checked and how it is checked is at the client's discretion - EXCON provides the software with the required logics and methods.
2. The combination of digital and analog tools
Digitalization enables our clients to combine the best of both worlds: Digital efficiency and analog thoroughness. With the EXCON app, not every point of sale necessarily has to be checked by an in-house or external auditor on its premises. Qualified dealers can carry out guided self-checks and transmit the corresponding data via smartphone - into the same data pool that is also accessed by our clients' experienced auditors, where it can be reviewed and monitored at one central place. The escalation process initiated by the respective data can be freely configured within the EXCON Audit Platform. Data processing is, of course, fraud-proof and can also stand up in court if necessary.
3. Re-thinking of processes
Like any change, the transformation of a process from the analogue to the digital world also brings opportunities: processes can be rethought and streamlined better than ever before. OEM and point of sale benefit equally from time and cost savings. Automation through the EXCON Audit Platform thus creates advantages that would have been inconceivable in analog times.
